極簡咖啡館 Minimal Cafe

Along with its night markets, Taiwan is also becoming increasingly known for its cat cafes. As most of you probably already know, a cat cafe is an establishment where paying the slightly inflated price of a cup of tea or slice of cake will get you the opportunity to play (read: grant you an audience) with cats.

One of my favorite and regular haunts in Taipei is Minimal Cafe, a cozy cat cafe tucked away in a quiet residential street, just an alley away from Shida night market. Its primary draws are its pleasantly subdued atmosphere and, of course, its numerous resident cats.
